Recently, they hosted the book launch of author Elspeth Duncan's book 'Tobago Peeps'. This versatility is so unlike most places in Tobago and it is a welcome change to be able to have somewhere like this that is so much more than shop and go. The social aspect of it is what really caught my attention since it is the first business of its calibre in Tobago.
The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and quite knowledgeable about the selections on sale. It even comes with a mini lesson if needed! This week gone was their first wine tasting with a selection of interesting wines from France, Chile, Argentina and Germany to name a few.
This little wine shop has becom quite popilar on Tripadvisor.com with over forty quality reviews. Mostly written by visitors to the island, in between there are a couple Trinidadians who have lauded both the selections available as well as the exceptional service.
